This playable pre-release demo features one track. But it takes more than a fresh coat of pearlescent paint to earn respect on the road; it takes the ball bearings to go up against the trash-talking, nitrous- burning faithful who want to strip everyone of their cash, cars and pride.

Whilst the initial title of said demo conjures images of huge cartons of some kind of drink perhaps frolicking about in some kind of soft drink paradise, it is unfortunately not the case. Im sure im not the only one who is vaguely disappointed. Yet once the disappointment has ended, you may be pleased to hear that it is in fact a fairly good racing game.

Whilst I will be the first to admit that my knowledge of street racing is limited, beyond the fact that it�s kind of cool and there�s some fast cars� I however pleased with the gaming experience given to me by the demo. Initially after the first demo was released as a bodged up alpha, I was sceptical as to the overall games qualities. Yet when I finally got the game playing it was a good solid racer. The choice of three cars offers little variety, yet the modding ability in game gives a nice individual aspect. The sound isn�t brilliant, yet I would expect it to be improved. Yet the overall graphics are distinctly eye catching at times, especially the flames blazing out of the back of the car from the nitro. The opposition isn�t too tough, yet this is offset by a fairly steep learning curve to actually racing.

Overall the demo is an enjoyable experience and a worthwhile download for racing game enthusiasts. There is certainly promise in the demo and I would expect the overall game to be a fine racing game.
