This demo is now using the latest v0.3H code and as always, allows you to drive the XF GTI and XR GT cars on the Blackwood circuit in both single and multiplayer mode.

0.3H includes the following updates:

• A new cheat protection system
• Improved online stability
• Skid marks!

A demo test? A demo of a demo? Whatever you call it Live For Speed is a very good touring car racing simulation. If the developers (only 3 people) continue in the current direction of development this game could very well end up being one of the best racing sims ever made.

Installation is excellent on this game. Unzip the downloaded file, double-click on the .EXE file, and the game starts. Can�t be any easier than that. The set up was very easy also.

Graphics are very good as well as the sound. There is a real sense of speed when driving the vehicles and Force Feedback gives very good inputs. Very good car physics, wait till you get on dirt! There is a wide range of skill level adjustments as well as a good assortment of vehicle adjustments. The current demo offers four different tracks and multiplayer support.

A minimum of a 600 MHz machine is recommended but you’ll need a much more substantial machine than that when all seven cars are on the track.

You should find this a very enjoyable simulation.
